Fish Tacos w Mango, Avocado, Black bean Salsa


These are full of protein, complex carbs, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Loaded with  good fats to increase testosterone and if you don’t add the cheese they are vegan. Great dish that you don’t even have to turn on the stove for, and tasty as hell.

Ingredients: tilapia, avacodo, cherry tomatos, mango, red onion, cilantro, can of corn, can of black beans, olive oil, garlic, lime, red pepper flakes, salt/pepper

Instructions: place tilapia into bowl and marinate with lime juice olive oil cilantro, paprika, salt/pepper (can add mexican beer)

> rinse corn and black beans, dice up tomato, avacodo, mango, 1/2 red onion, cilantro and mix all into a bowl

> in small bowl mix 1/8 cup olive oil, juice of 1 lime, red pepper flakes, garlic clove (minced), salt/pepper together and mix into salsa

> grill fish until flaky, heat up corn tortillas (I do it straight on oven burner, be careful!), place fish into tortillas and add salsa, garnish with mexican cheese if you’d like.
